Playing Catch Up from Xanga, Originally dated Nov. 11th 2009

Pumpkin Coffee w/one third expresso creamed with soy milk (CHECK)
Okay, This week has been good, busy... but thats my own fault. We have three seperate friend hang outs (tonight = beer/wings, friday = wine/cheese, saturday = beer/schnitzel), trips to fix the van's brakes, van's tires, and the rust on my car. A plumber is giving us an estimate on some stuff. And a town council meeting to fight some jerk off who wants to build a house on the only empty lot on our street. Its a problem b/c he wants to build it 7 feet closer to the road then the rest of the homes, and it will A) look stupid and B) lower property value. If only he would be smart enough to sell the land to my neighbors so they could parcel it out and plant trees on it... but he isnt. And we are pretty sure he wants to rent the home or sell it. We have eight homes on our street, two of those are for sale right now! So because of that, i will find myself doing one of the most grown up things ive done since buying my home... fighting for my neighborhood :) Luckily we are really close with many of our neighbors and we are all on the same side.
200408937-001 Recently on facebook i was friend requested by this guy we call the creeper. A creeper is like a stalker, but less scary and more fun to mess with. It all started at an art show where this older dude was hovering around each conversation i had. I would give the obligatory glance that would normally induce conversation, but he would just stare back. We started playing games...walking from room to room (sometimes even building to building) to see if he follows. He does. Every-frickin-time. He has talked a little to us, but not in a comfortable way. We left the conversation more creeped out then before. Oh and he is a "photographer", so we often see him taking lots of pictures of us. CREEPER!
Im pretty sure since i allowed him to be my facebook friend, he sees us all as family. Or lovers. Or... worse.
So if i turn up missing, check my recent facebook friends for your first clue. Just in case our quaint creeper turns into a much more serious stalker...and kidnapper.
