Reunion, Should I or Shouldn't I?

I have my ten year reunion invite on the fridge. I have a few weeks to decide whether or not its worth the $55 to go. The decision would be easier if we hadn't just embarked on a path to saving all our pennies, and if facebook didn't make it so easy to be a temporary voyeur in the lives of people I shared a building with for four years.

Pretty much if i wanted to stay involved in those peoples lives I am still involved... but as far as my current graduating class goes- i really don't have many close friends.

However i do have the following:
1) the clingers. People who i see now and then and they INSIST we need to hang out more. Despite the fact that its much more natural that we didn't.
2) the ignorers. People i see now and then that pretend i never existed. Its cool, we don't need to be friends b/c our parents lived in the same town. No worries here!
3) the...exes. Ex-friends i really don't feel comfortable pretending to be nice too. The elephant in the room is stampeding :)

And really, how many times can you have the "How have you been these past ten years" and "HOLY COW ITS BEEN TEN YEARS" and "Wow your married with kids and you work there?" conversation... seriously.

My actual friends are pretty darn interesting and if my life needs to cross paths with the past in a totally natural way, I will gladly do the "we used to know each other when we were young" dance and be genuinely interested in their stories.

Since I never had school spirit, can't remember half my teachers names, and sucked in general at school work. I will pass. Unless curiosity gets the best of me ... well, then ill buy that skin tight dress and show em how this little Bork grew up :) Maybe i will perfect my story on how i invented post-its... just in case!

Yesterday was bring your Keurig to work day:

Fall weather always brings the most beautiful sunsets:

And i wonder why this cat hates me so much...

Spent time with an 8mth old Red Kangaroo that liked to suck on his tail like it were his thumb!
